From Perth-Andover to Nackawic, our free delivery zone reaches several communities and spans over 100 kms! In our rural area, we understand how driving to the pharmacy and running errands can be challenging, so we’ve made a commitment to make sure you get what you need, when you need it.
FREE In-Home Assessments. To help seniors retain their independence and autonomy at home, our dedicated Home Health Experts offer free in-home assessments to identify potential hazards or barriers that may pose a safety risk. We also provide recommendations for products that enhance quality of life at home. (grab bars, raised toilet seats, bath lifts, non-slip mats, reacher-grabbers, meal preparation aids, blood pressure monitors, glucometers, etc.) By conducting in-home assessments, our professionals not only provide practical support, but also offer a compassionate presence and a listening ear.
FREE Senior Support Navigation Services. There are many government programs and services available for seniors, but not knowing where to start looking for them is a daunting task and now often requires using a computer for searching information or filling out forms. We can help take this headache away. Our Home Health staff helps seniors find eligible programs, provides forms, and offers personal guidance every step of the way, either in person, over the phone, or in-home.
