Refill Prescriptions

There are 3 easy ways for existing customers to get your prescription refilled at Pharmacy For Life!

1. Call our store at 1-877-375-8177 ext. 1 and enter your 6 or 7 digit prescription number

2. You can text in your refill by texting "Refill [your prescription #] to 1-855-912-3132 (Example text: Refill 123456)

3. Use our Quick Refill online Portal by clicking the link below. Follow "Quick Refill" link to enter the prescription number (ex. 123456) for the medication you would like to refill.

New Prescriptions

In order to get a new prescription filled and delivered, have your Doctor or Nurse Practitioner call-in or fax us the new prescription to one convenient toll free number 1-877-375-8177. We are also set up to receive electronic PrescribeIT prescriptions directly from the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner's office for clinics set up to send via PrescribeIT.
