Vitalux Advanced caplets are an eye vitamin/mineral supplement that helps delay the progression of Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD) and helps maintain healthy vision.

Direction: Adults: Take 2 caplets per day with a meal containing oil/fat or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or a few hours after taking other medications. Do not crush the caplets.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 caplet): 
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - 250mg
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) - 134mg AT/200IU
Zinc (oxide) - 40mg
Copper (Hydrolyzed vegetable protein chelate) - 1mg
Lutein (Tagetes erecta, marigold flower) - 5mg
Zeaxanthin (Tagetes erecta, marigold flower, ketoisophorone) - 1mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: calcium phosphate dibasic, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, vegetable stearic acid, titanium dioxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, caramel colour, ethyl vanillin.

Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Indications: Vitalux Advanced Caplets contain Lutein and Zeaxanthin helping to increase serum levels within the body. Lutein will also help increase macular pigment optical densities, which reduces the progression of Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD) and helps maintain healthy vision. Provides antioxidants for the maintenance of good health. Helps to reduce the risk of developing cataracts.

Contains no glucose, lactose or artificial flavours. 

Precautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cancer, cardiovascular disease or diabetes. May cause gastrointestinal  distress. Zinc supplementation can cause copper deficiency. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. This product has come into contact with soy, fish and sulphites. Do not use this product if you are allergic to soy, fish or sulphites.
