Systane Omega-3 Supplement is formulated using 400mg EPA and 200mg DHA in their natural triglyceride form to optimize the extent to which the nutrients can be used by the body.
Each Systane Omega-3 Supplement Liquid Gel contains 1000mg of purified omega-3 fatty acids, in a liquid gel technology. 

Directions: Adults: Take 1 liquid gel, 2 to 3 times daily. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects for dry eyes.
