Option+ Calcium 650mg 120 Tablets

Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Adequate calcium, as part of a healthy diet, along with physical activity, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Directions for use: Adults: 1 tablet, 1 – 2 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by a physician.

Calcium (calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, calcium fumarate, calcium malate, calcium
succinate)  650 mg
