Directions: Adults: Take 2 softgels daily with a meal for the maintenance of good health. Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids support cardiovascular/heart health, cognitive function and the reduction of cholesterol. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Each tablet contains:
Molecularly distilled fish oil - 1000mg
(Anchovy; may also contain sardine and mackerel)
     Providing 500mg of omega-3 fatty acids:
          Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) - 300mg
          Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) - 200mg

Also contains: Gelatin, glycerin.
