Jamieson Calcium Magnesium 100 + 100 Caplets

Helps to prevent bone loss, osteoporosis.

Calcium, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Directions: Adults: Take 1 caplet 3 times daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Each caplet contains:
Elemental Calcium - 333mg
(Carbonate, citrate, malate, fumarate, succinate).
Magnesium - 167mg
(Oxide, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate).

Also contains: Modified cellulose gum, vegetable magnesium stearate, water-soluble cellulose, purified magnesium silicate, triethyl citrate, titanium dioxide, polysorbate 80, Brazilian palm tree wax.

Warning: Some people may experience diarrhea.
