Option+ Magnesium Citrate 150mg 100 Capsules

Indications: A factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps to maintain the ability to metabolize nutrients and helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Helps in tissue formation and to maintain proper muscle function, including the heart muscle.

Dosage: Adults: 1-3 capsules daily or as recommended by a physician.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains:
Elemental Magnesium (citrate) - 150mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients (in descending order): Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
