Dosage: Adults: 1 softgel daily, or as recommended by a physician.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each softgel contains:
Cod Liver Oil (Gadus morhua, liver) - 1100mg
Vitamin A (vitamin A palmitate, cod liver oil) - 756mcg RAE (2500IU)
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, cod liver oil) - 10mcg (400IU)
