Natural Sleep Aid

Directions: Adults: Take 3 softgels 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Each softgel contains:
Valerian (3:1) extract - 133.34mg
(Valeriana officinalis, root and rhizome) equivalent to 400mg of dried herb.

Also contains: Soybean oil, soy lecithin, yellow beeswax, gelatin, glycerin, natural caramel colour, titanium dioxide.

Warning: Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or driving a motor vehicle within 2 hours of consumption.
