Directions: Adults: Take 1 softgel daily to support cardiovascular and cognitive health. Take 3 softgels daily to help reduce serum triacylglycerols/triglycerides and support healthy mood balance. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Each tablet contains:
Molecularly distilled fish oil - 1000mg
(Anchovy, may also contain sardine and mackerel)
     Providing 600mg of omega-3 fatty acids in the natural  bioactive triglyceride (TG) form:
          Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) - 400mg
          Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) - 200mg

Also contains: Gelatin, glycerin.
