Directions: Adults: Shake well before use. Take 1 tablespoon (15mL) daily with a meal. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Glucosamine HCl - 1500mg
(derived from Shrimp and Crab exoskeleton)

Also contains: Purified water,  maltitol syrup, natural cherry flavour, carmine, malic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
