Option+ Calcium Citrate 300mg 120 Tablets

Indications: Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. As part of a healthy diet (when taken with Vitamin D), may help prevent bone loss/osteoporosis.

Dosage: Adults: 2-5 tablets daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by a physician.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each tablet contains:
Elemental Calcium (citrate) - 300mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients (in descending order): Coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerin), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.
