Option+ Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin 1000mcg 100 Sublingual Tablets

Indications: Helps form red blood cells. Helps in the normal function of the immune system and in energy metabolism in the body. Helps maintain the body's ability to metabolize nutrients. Helps prevent vitamin B12 deficiency.

Dosage: Adults: Dissolve 1 tablet daily under the tongue or as recommended by a physician.
