Hydralyte Effervescent Tablets 20 Tablets
Signs of mild to moderate dehydration: Dark yellow (or little) urine, lethargy, dry mouth, loss of skin elasticity, sunken eyes, sunken fontanelle (babies).
Recommended dosage (mild-moderate dehydration):
Under 12 months: 400-600mL in first 6 hours; max 1300mL per day.
1 to 3 years: 700-1000mL in first 6 hours; max 1900mL per day.
3 to 6 years: 1000-1400mL in first 6 hours; max 2600mL per day.
6 to 12 years: 1800-2400mL in first 6 hours; max 3900mL per day.
12 years - Adult: 3000-3600mL in first 6 hours; max 6600mL per day.
Directions for use:
1. Remove two tablets from tube and replace the cap tightly. Dissolve in 200mL drinking water. For babies under 6 months use freshly boiled and cooled water.
2. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist. Continue with breast or formula-feeding of infants, between sips of Hydralyte.
3. Discard unused solution after 2 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Natural colour, natural and nature identical flavour, sucralose and tabletting aids.
Hydralyte is free from: Gluten, lactose, dairy or animal-derived products, nuts or sodium saccharine.
Warning: Consult your physician if vomiting, diarrhea or fever persists for longer than 24 hours. For children under two years of age, consult your physician. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you have any medical problems relating to kidney or heart function, blood pressure, gastrointestinal function or show signs of severe dehydration including shock, or are unable to drink.
