MP is the owner of all right title and intellectual property in the name "McGrath Pharmacies Inc" and is as such fully and expressly the property of MP, inclusive of all copyright therein. MP may from time to time use other trade names, trademarks, logos and web site names which are particular to or copyrighted by MP. As such, no trademark, copyright, trade name, web site name or other named identification of or owned by MP may be used without the specific written approval of MP and such approval may be unreasonably withheld. Trademarks, logos and or product names which may be referred to or displayed in any way by MP on its web site other than indicated as the property of MP are trademarks, product names and logos owned by entities other than MP. In the event that any of these terms and conditions are held to be indefinite, invalid, illegal or otherwise voidable or unenforceable, the balance of these terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect.
