Jamieson Mega Cal Calcium + Vitamin D3 60 Soft Chews Swiss Chocolate Flavour

Calcium, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Directions: Adults and children 1 year and older: Take 1 soft chew two times daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Each soft chew contains:
Elemental Calcium - 650mg
(Mega Cal, high absorption calcium is a complex of carbonate, citrate, malate, fumarate, succinate sources).
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) - 10mcg/400IU
